1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 93pak website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino games, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 93pak ("we," "us," "our," "the Company").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 93pak Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 93pak.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 93pak Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 93pak enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed by you voluntarily through 93pak or through any recognised responsible gaming scheme.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 93pak or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.

93pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be frozen pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 93pak services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 93pak Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid email address and Pakistani mobile number at the time of registration. These will be used for account verification, security alerts, and support communications.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information associated with your account remains current. 93pak accepts no liability for service interruptions arising from outdated contact details.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 93pak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 93pak support immediately via live chat. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.

93pak operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 93pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 93pak does not accept payments via cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets, or unverified payment sources.

• Deposits are credited to your 93pak account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected within seconds.
• 93pak does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 93pak bears no responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your 93pak account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• 93pak aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 20 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 93pak reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During this period, the withdrawal may be placed on hold without prior notice.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

93pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each promotion page.
• Minimum odds: Sportsbook bonuses may require qualifying bets to be placed at minimum odds. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Game contributions: Different casino games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Validity periods: All bonuses carry a validity period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

93pak monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to hedge bonus wagering, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and other strategies designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine gameplay intent. 93pak reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 93pak Platform. Product-specific rules — including cricket betting rules, casino game rules, and live dealer procedures — are published separately within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; if odds change between selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• All cricket bets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 93pak is not responsible for decisions made by cricket boards, match officials, or regulatory authorities.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with 93pak's published sport-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 93pak's discretion, including during periods of heightened uncertainty such as pending wickets, DRS reviews, or weather interruptions.

• All casino games on the 93pak Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are disclosed within the game information panels.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all plays and associated pay. 93pak will not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond refunding the affected stake.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded subject to the rules of the specific jackpot network. 93pak acts as a distribution channel and is not the ultimate operator of progressive jackpot pools.

7. Responsible Gaming

93pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all products and services on the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations. Once the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current gaming session and net wagering activity.
• Self-exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Account cooling-off: A shorter break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be applied to an account upon player request.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on your 93pak account dashboard and to seek support from recognised problem gambling organisations. 93pak staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players whose account activity raises concern.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Money laundering: Using the 93pak Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets based on inside information, participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sport.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated strategies.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to genuine 93pak transactions.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the 93pak Platform, its software, or its data infrastructure.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 93pak Platform — including but not limited to the 93pak brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 93pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 93pak.

The 93pak name, logo, and associated branding may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation from 93pak.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93pak's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your 93pak account at the time the claim arises.

93pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 93pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

93pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your devices.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

93pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 93pak policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without prior arrangement.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

You may request closure of your 93pak account at any time by contacting support via live chat in your account dashboard. Before closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). 93pak may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction. Once the account balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

12. Changes to These Terms

93pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 93pak will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the 93pak Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 93pak recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a terms update notification.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
